Matisse's Trip to the Snow
I, Matisse, just got back from my Music Tour from Canberra and while I was there I had my first expedition in the snow! I was sooo excited I nearly jumped out the window, and that was when I only saw a patch on the distant mountains! By the time we actually arrived at Smiggin Holes, located on Mount Perisher in NSW, I was so pumped up that I got off the bus and forgot my sunglasses, gloves and helmet.
It probably is extremely hard to see but in this picture is my failure of a snow man! His name is snowy (funnily enough) and he is the first snow man i've ever made in my life!

Vintage Shops
Vintage Shops are one of the many things that we love. So that is why we just had to show these gorgeous piccies of the insides and outs of our favourites. (Excuse the cuteness!)
Oople
Little Paper Lane
Even though this little shop is found in a small corner of Sydney, it is still one of the cutest shops EVER!
Eumundi Markets
We know this is not an 'actual shop' but it is filled with many gorgeous little stalls that we couldn't help but add it to our list!

Oople
This small (but totally cute) shop is filled to the brim with lovely bits and bobs that you just will have to take home. It is found in the country town of Eumundi and has not only wholesale goodies but also a few handmade trinkets.
Little Paper Lane
Even though this little shop is found in a small corner of Sydney, it is still one of the cutest shops EVER!
Twig & Grace
This little treasure trove is found in the small town of Cooroy. It has not only got a cute and adorable shop front, selling gifts and flowers, but also have a little cafe out the back that has delicious goodies (and GREAT hot chocolate!).
Eumundi Markets
We know this is not an 'actual shop' but it is filled with many gorgeous little stalls that we couldn't help but add it to our list!
If this is not the best bookshop in the southern hemisphere then please let us know if there is one as unique and tasty as this one. They have delicious treats (VERY good rice puddding) and also a great bookshop, secondhand and brand spanking new...
Fiona's Fancies
This little shop is tucked away in a corner of Eumundi with THE. BEST. biscuits and Lindt chocolate tarts ever invented! It also has delicious cakes and sweet treats galore! Matisse had a major pig out on these amazing biscuits (meaning around 20 of them!).
Quail & Co.
While looking around the south bank markets (the.best.place.on.earth(kinda) i found this gorgeous little stall called Quail & Co ('hey wait a minute thats the title' you say!). Its got lots and lots of gorgeous jewellery and other bits and bobs! I just loved it, and i hope you will too!Check out their etsy account: quailandco.etsy.com .
Thanks to all these lovely shop owners who let us take some piccy's and fall in love with their gorgeous shops! xx

Matisse's Party
Recently it was Matisse's 13th (only...yes) birthday. She had a posh vintage Tea party. Here are some piccies of the day... it was meant to be outside in the garden (a.k.a. garden party) but the weather didn't feel like being nice. Even so, it was still fab.
Matisse spent quite alot of time in the bathroom. ![]()
Little caramel tarts, Brandy snaps, home made tea?
The day turned out pretty nice after all!
